About MAA
What We Do?
Meenakshi Ammal Arakattalai (MAA) was founded in TAMILNADU in 2019 and has significant and extensive roles in the educational, cultural and social field in tamilnadu. We committed to the goals of empowerment and providing learners, especially from historically disadvantaged backgrounds, an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a holistic and high standard education in a free and democratic tamilnadu. In this respect, MAA’s indeed is a “home for all” where sound values, quality education, world class facilities and a caring environment is germane to the learning experience campaigns delivering to the society.
The MAA’s exists to provide financial assistance and mentoring support at School to university level, to disadvantaged students. Scholars applying to the trust should possess a strong academic record and be proven leaders within their communities through sport, art or community service. The MAA has a preference for under privileged families.
The aim of the trust is to provide financial support and mentoring that will assist scholars who face economic hardship, to complete their tertiary studies. The Trust will work with selected Tamilnadu to identify potential candidates. Scholarships will be paid directly to the School and university.

** All Trustees work on a volunteer basis with no administration or management fee being charged on donations received by the trust to ensure that as close as 100% as possible of donations received are for the benefit of our students.
Executives and members are paying Register fee monthly Rs. 50 -/- (Payable to the organization bank account.
